My Delightful Day

Hi! Hey! Ohh! My pretty little cabbages! (Definitely one of my new favourite things to say... "cabbage")

What a great day, hmm? Oh, I certainly think so! For once I didn't just sit around in my house, I actually went outside. Yeah, that's right, I left my house!

This morning I paged through a chocolate cookbook while watching Madagascar. I absolutely love cookbooks! I found lots of neat ideas that I shall be trying to recreate in the near future. Also, it has become my goal to successfully make a Baked Alaska. Eeee!

I went to 13th Ave. for a bit of shopping, which was super. The weather was pleasant, which was lovely for walking around. The only thing that wasn't very nice was that my time was cut a little short and I didn't get to all of the stores that I wanted to visit. Perhaps I will go again next weekend. I bought myself some Emily the Strange stationary and a journal from the paper-awesome store. Then I wandered around in a few other stores that had lots of pottery and more awesomeness. I bought a couple books from a second hand book store (an Elvis biography and The War with Hannibal). The man that worked in the book store had a long moustache, it was great, he looked like he belonged in a Western novel. I also bought my theory shizat. But like I mentioned, my time was cut short, and I'll tell you why.

You see, I went with my dear mother, and she wanted to go for coffee with her friendies at a certain time, and she decided that it would be more efficient to take me to her little coffee-get-together-thing-whatever. So yeah, she didn't want to be late for that. So after my 13th Ave. funtime, I headed over to that coffeeish place in the back of Book and Brier Patch. I had some nice tea, 2.00$ for a pot, which was about 4 cups. That's pretty good, hey? I also had some yummy chocolate cheese cake. I'm starting to enjoy cheese cake more and more now, maybe it's an acquired taste. I brang a book to read while eating and drinking and listening to my mom's conversation. My mom and her friends talked about gambling, menopause, telemarketers, and other useless stuff. The only good part to listen to was when they talked about the economy.

So, four cups of tea later, mummie and I headed to Sobie's to pick up some stuff for supper. We met a jolly old man that worked in the seafood section. Oh, he was sooo happy. I wish I could have kept him. Ahh! We ended up buying sole and smoked salmon, along with some other goods. Half way through our Sobie's journey, I realized that I had to pee real bad.

Then, then, oh yes, there's more! Then mum wanted to go to Sport Check, but instead of going there, I went to Chapters. When I arrived in Chapters I headed straight to the washroom, then I looked at some books. After that we went home and here I am. Sort of, I mean, it's almost 11:00, obviously other stuff happened. But you get the picture, right? Lovely.

I still have to study some social. Gotta know all the countries and most capitals and rives and mountains and bodies of water in Europe for Monday. Shhiiieeeetttt. Oh well, it'll work itself out, I'm sure.

Oh, while I was at Sobie's I forgot to pick up something for the cookies I'm planning on making tomorrow. D:

And I'm not sure what I'm going to use my journal for, I'm not gonna write in it about my day and such, especially when I have this nifty blog. So I donno. Ehh, any suggestions?

What a great day! :) I mean, yesterday was good, but it was a distant and fuzzy good. Today I'm just feeling great and connected. I hope tomorrow is even better! Yaay!

There's a hole in the armpit of my shirt. It's a freaking awesome shirt though, I should definitely wear it more often.

I guess that's all for now! Be safe and stuff!

RESPEKT
